Born and raised in Qiryat Ono, Israel, Maya has always been a performer. At the age of six she started dancing in Israel, performing on the main stages of important events such as the national Independence Day.

At the age of fifteen she decided to make a change and started doing theatre on stage, at the Ika Sohar Theatre company. (credits include "The Lion King", "Hair")

After high school and her release from military service, Maya studied at the Tel Aviv Musical Theatre Academy, managed and directed by Eidan Lipper.

In February 2017, Maya moved to New York to pursue a musical theatre performance career and started studying at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.

At her second year at AMDA, Maya recieved the Scott Glascock Scholarship and became a proud member of The Lambs®.

These days, Maya is residing in New York City, pursuing her career as a performer/producer, and has recently founded the Alliance of Alien Artists.
